Confession time, I have tried to write a book since I was in high school with quite limited success. I was inspired by a friend to start writing a novel of sorts which started off with the best of intentions and then ended up with … I have lost count of how many fragments and rejected drafts. Little bursts of inspiration keep popping up from time to time, not necessarily enough to drive a book forward, but fitting with the theme and universe. So I decided to start off working on an effort to take all these bits and mix them all up into one big thing, BIGGER than just one book.
I have not given up on the idea, but what I have decided to do in the mean time was put the bits and bursts into something for worldbuilding purposes to tell a much larger story. At the end of the day, this story could be opened up for anyone to add pieces to or build smaller pieces bigger. I am not sure about the end goal just yet, for the moment I just want to build the world and see where it goes.
